YoMarketPlace is a platform where buyers are connected to sellers rather than an online retail site on its own. YoMarketPlace struggles to maintain the same reputation for safety and good customer service that other retail platforms enjoy. A Buyer Protection Policy is a promise to our online shoppers in Zimbabwe that YoMarketPlace will intervene in case of a dispute between buyers and sellers to try and rectify the issue when the seller has failed to act adequately to resolve the dispute in a way that satisfies the buyer.

A Cancellation Policy is an electronic document that clearly highlights the process that the buyers have to follow to make sure that their orders are properly canceled before they are shipped.
